This course is designed to familiarize students with an international range of perspectives in which HR Management impacts on employers and employees, and how globalization is having a significant effect on managing human resources.

International HR Management explores the approaches, rights and responsibilities of the management of a diverse workforce. It also provides a framework for understanding the growing body of literature in the area of International Human Resource Management, including the issues, challenges and the associated theoretical perspectives.
