Project management is considered as a management tool, as well as a process embracing planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. The course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, formulate, plan and implement projects in their work environment. The course caters to non-PMPs who manage projects and team members that work on projects whether in private, public or non‐governmental organizations. It is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the theoretical underpinnings and practical tools of project management.
