This seminar focuses on why disciplinary and grievance interviews are necessary when dealing with the human resource and aims to provide a practical overview of relevant procedures, policies and best practice in dealing with grievance and disciplinary issues. Participants will explore the process, purpose and meaning of disciplinary action and will better understand why grievances are raised and what action to take, since those actions influence the short and long term effectiveness of the overall process.
