Course Code: SEM257

Whether it is called “Event Planning”, “Event Management”, “Meeting Planning” or “Conference Planning”, the main objective is to ensure the event is a success. Participants will be exposed to the major aspects of Event Planning, the importance of such planning as well as the do’s and don’ts relative to the success, or failure, of business and corporate events and its impact on the image of the organisation responsible for that event.

  • Conference/Meeting Planning
  • Sponsorship and Revenue Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Event Review (Measuring Results, Responding to Feedback, Making Recommendations, etc.)
