Increasingly, companies are embarking on a number of project initiatives in order to achieve organizational objectives. However, the challenge facing persons who manage and work on such projects is how to complete them within the given time, cost and quality constraints. This seminar provides insights into the technical processes and tools of project management as well as the interpersonal skills that are required to “manage projects successfully”.

This seminar will target persons responsible for guiding project initiatives from inception to completion, or those professionals without formal project management training, who wish to improve their skills in planning, organisation and controlling organisations activities.

 

This seminar will enable participants to:
