This course is oriented towards sales representatives, sales managers and other individuals aspiring towards a career in marketing and sales management.  The objective of this course is to enhance the salesperson’s productivity, credibility and professionalism which would increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.


It is geared to help individuals understand and build on their strengths while overcoming specific weaknesses.  It provides a problem-solving approach to sales and introduces the student to a unified and consistent framework for sales thought.
