Course Code: GMN261

The course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to plan and execute a conference. Managing International Conferences takes a critical look at the corporate event industry. Participants will be exposed to the issues, challenges and rewards to be gained from working within the Meetings Incentives Conference and Exhibitions (MICE) industry.


With the use of case study examples of conferences held in the Caribbean and internationally, participants will explore delegate issues, techniques for venue procurement and the impact of corporate culture on planning events.
