The hospitality and tourism business is one of the world’s largest and fastest growing industries with dynamic career prospects.  This course will take a holistic look at management and organizational issues with which the Tourism Manager is concerned. 

It will examine the most important global trends in tourism and the implications for tourism management in the future.  Students will have the opportunity to examine tourism marketing issues and other areas of functional management as these relate to strategic planning and management.
