This course is designed for office managers, senior secretaries, supervisors and other people concerned with the coordination and planning of work done in the office.
It provides the administrative tools necessary to analyse problems, set priorities and devise solutions. It also deals with the equipment, methods and procedures used to accomplish tasks, and to manage office personnel.
The objectives of this course are to:
