I’d like to suggest creating a peer-mentorship program for new students. Many of our courses (management, accounting, IT, etc.) cover a lot of material. For someone joining for the first time, it might feel overwhelming. If each new student could be matched with a more experienced student or graduate, the mentor could:
Help them understand course load and deadlines
Give guidance on study methods or how to balance work + study
Share practical advice from personal experience in that course or from the job market
This program could help new learners adapt faster and feel supported. It could also build a stronger sense of community among BIMAP students.
