Hi all. I’m from Europe and I’m looking for a school that really understands the needs of foreign students. I found Pelican Flight Training online and they seem very welcoming to people from all over the world. It’s important for me to find a flight training center that helps with TSA and visa stuff without too much stress. They offer both airplane and helicopter courses which is a big plus for me because I might want to add a rating later. Has anyone here done their conversion from a foreign license there? I’d love to hear how long it took and if the instructors were patient with the FAA regulations. Any tips for a newcomer in South Florida?
